In this collection are five unique and meaningful designs. Our Scars tee reminds wearers that what they see as flaws in no way diminishes their worth as a human being. Our Survivor tee represents suicide awareness and the strength it takes to survive mental illness. Our True Love tee raises awareness of domestic and intimate partner violence. Our Nature Heals tee inspires wearers to get outside and experience the healing power of the outdoors. Finally, our Be Gentle sweatshirt helps wearers trust the journey of healing and practice self-compassion along the way. Each item also comes with a tag-free, itch-free, custom-printed neck label.

In addition to the impactful designs, How To Heal Co. apparel is environmentally friendly. Our tees are carbon neutral and made with 50% polyester from recycled plastic bottles, 25% organic cotton, and 25% Tencel Modal, which is made from FSC-certified beechwood. Our sweatshirts are made with 65% Better Cotton Initiative-certified cotton, 25% recycled polyester, and 10% polyester. Sustainable doesn’t have to mean scratchy; our customers frequently cite how soft and comfortable our apparel is (one person literally said she wanted to faceplant in a pile of our shirts because they were so soft… you get the picture!).
