This can be troublesome for someone new trying to break into the salvage food reselling business because loads are often “spoken for” before they become available to small buyers. Banana box stocking suppliers simply have open orders to ship loads to regular clients and that can leave you as a new buyer out in the dark. Once you find a good source for salvage food make sure you establish yourself as an ongoing buyer and be ready when loads come in to take what is available. Salvage food loads can be tough to secure and especially tough to get on a regular basis.
